Kapil Khanna is an advocate by profession specializing in Income Tax matters. He completed his Law in 1990 and has been in active practice since then. He is handling tax matters of various Listed/Non-Listed companies, Partnership Firms, Trusts, LLPs and individuals.

He is also Vice Chairman and Trustee of Durga Das Foundation which runs Strawberry Fields High School in Chandigarh.  He is also Vice Chairman of Bharat Sewak Samaj (N.G.O), Punjab Chapter which is engaged in various philanthropist activities
